Price Changes

Update prices yourself without waiting for support

How to Change a Price:
  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Click Home then View Products. You can also choose to click Products under MENU MANAGER in the Navigation Bar.
  3. Find the product (use search box)
  4. Click the product name
  5. Look for the 'Price' field
  6. Enter new price (just the number, e.g., 10.50 or 10.5 for something that is £10.50)
  7. Click Save
Changes are live instantly.


Checking Your Changes
After saving:
  1. Visit your website or app as if you were a customer
  2. Test checkout - check prices are correct when you add options
Tip: Update prices during quiet periods (ideally not during the Friday night rush!)

Common Questions
What's the difference between a product price and a product option price?
A product price is the base price (e.g., "Fish & Chips £9.50"). Product options are extras or variations (e.g., "Add mushy peas +£1.50" or "Large size +£2.00"). You change both the same way through View Products.

Can I schedule a price change to happen automatically on a certain date?
No - you'll need to manually update prices when you want them to change. You can, however, schedule new categories to appear on a certain date with our help - please get in touch to find out more.

Do I need to add the £ symbol?
No - just enter the number (10.50 or 10.5). The system adds the £ symbol automatically.

Can I use commas in my prices?
No - use a decimal point only (10.50 not 10,50). This is important for the system to read the price correctly.
